Last night I was outside with the kids - playing and taking pictures and enjoying one of the last summer evenings before school starts. When it started getting dark, I looked up and saw the beautiful, almost full, moon in the sky and decided to try and get a photo. This is what I ended up with:
I love that you can see some of the detail...if you click on the photo, you can see it better...are those little craters along the bottom? I hope the sky is clear tonight so I will be able to see an even fuller moon...and maybe get a better photo!
that is such a cool photo wendy! the other night i was going to pick up alyssa from soccer practice ... and the sun was just about to set. it was the brightest shade of red and orange ... it looked so cool! sarah was in the backseat and said "i should have brought my camera with me". lol!

I saw that moon just as it was coming up, it was so pretty at the end of center st. YOu got a great shot of it!
