Pretty Floral Birthday Cards | Pebbles Inc.

Hello Friends! I recently realized recently that my birthday card stash is in need of some pretty new cards, and I am absolutely loving the vibe of the new "Hey, Hello" collection by Pebbles, Inc. You know what that means, right? A whole set of pretty cards!

I couldn't resist using a bit of the black dotted washi on this card - It's just the right amount of dark color to tie everything together!

Did you notice how the flowers and bees are popping off the card? They are actually stickers, but I used powder to remove the stickiness, then added foam adhesive squares for dimension! I love layering pop dots double and triple thick to enhance the effect! And, oh, how I wish you could see the shimmer of this gold washi tape!

I doubled up on the sentiment tags for each card as well - double wishes are TWICE as nice! Black and white floral washi is another fun way to make the other colors pop while adding a bit of interest!Birthday Cards with a Spring Vibe by Wendy Sue Anderson for @PebblesInc. featuring the "Hey Hello" collection

Get yourself in a springy mood by whipping up some fun floral cards like these - it's definitely a fun way to add to your stash AND brighten your own day while your at it! Happy Spring!

quick and easy birthday cards | pebbles inc.

Hi friends, today I'd love to share my favorite tip for making a big set of birthday cards - hint: assembly line!!

Watch how easy it is to create a half dozen cards in a jiffy!

Start by cutting the background. These papers are 4" wide and 5 1/4" tall.

The next layer is this fun text paper, cut at 4" wide and
3 3/4" tall. I centered each piece (eyeballing the center - no measurements here)!

Next, I cut a few different tear strips to 4" wide and placed them on the top and bottom of each blue piece.

Now cut red patterned papers to 2 1/2" x 4" and white birthday text paper to 1 1/2" x 4". Add one of each to every card, tilting slightly in opposite directions.

Now we're going to put one of my favorite, and most versatile papers, to work! Cut apart the tags from this fun paper!

Punch out the holes and tie baker's twine through each one. Add a puffy sticker or two for interest and dimension!

Now the card tops are complete and the final step is to place each one onto a white cardstock card base! The final cards measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

I made a set of 6 cards, but you could easily make an entire dozen almost as quickly! Here's a closer look at each of the six cards:

It's easy to put together an entire set of cards, and having a fun collection like this one makes it extra fun!

fairy tales gift set | doodlebug design

Hi friends!  I'm excited to share a project I created with the fun "Fairy Tales" collection by Doodlebug Design.  It's a gift that keeps on giving...at least SIX times!  Can you imagine?  It's a gift of cards!

I made a cute little gift bag to hold six cute cards!

All six cards started with a white cardstock base, then I added one of the 4x4 cards from THIS paper  to each one. I added another strip of patterned paper or washi tape below each 4x4 card.  Next, I placed sentiment strips to each one (on the back portion, which is just a bit longer than the front) and wrapped them with doodle twine.  Next, I embellished with various sprinkles.  Each one is really pretty simple, but super cute, and perfect for giving to cute little girls!

This collection is so bright and happy!  I am excited to gift these cards to a friend so SHE can send out happiness, one card at a time!
