I am making the most of all of the fun Valentine’s Day products I have here in my little creative space – today I’m sharing a photo tutorial on the Northridge Blog (HERE) to create this sweet little garland:

happy new year | project life layout…

Did you know that in addition to writing articles for Scrapbook Trends Magazine and the Create: Idea Book series, I blog a few times a month over on the Northridge Publishing Blog (here)?  I do!  And usually I share a project and a step-by-step photo tutorial along with it.  I’d love to have you join me over there….and I’ll try to keep you updated here so you know when I’m sharing a fun project over there!

My most recent project over on the Northridge blog was this New Year’s Eve/Project Life layout:

You can read more about it and see the step-by-step photos for creating that fun confetti pocket up there in the corner – just click on over to the Northridge blog (HERE)!

Most of the products I used for this fun page are from the Timbergrove Collection by Fancy Pants Designs

a halloween treat bucket and some magazine info…

Hi friends!  It’s the first day of Fall Break today so the kids are all home and we’re trying to think of something fun to do (no big vacations or getaways for us since daddy is working and the weather is meh)…but I wanted to hop on quickly this morning to share a couple of things:

First of all, I created this fun Halloween treat bucket to share over on the Northridge Publishing blog, Create:  - there’s a step-by-step tutorial with lots of pictures.

I used the new “Bewitched” collection from We R Memory Keepers – isn’t it fun? I really like the softer colors for a fun bit of a change from the typical boldness that is Halloween.

Also, I have a fun article in the October issue of Scrapbook Trends Magazine…it’s all about buttons!

And I also have an article in the newest Create: Idea book – Holidays…this one covers all three of the big upcoming holidays – Halloween, Thanksgiving, AND Christmas!

Remember…these publications are now available in digital format only – and I shared a great deal for subscribing HERE – an “all-access-pass” for a great price!  You can click HERE to find out more about subscribing!

I hope you will check them out!  Have a Happy Thursday!! :)
