I used the new “Blossoming Buds” and “Kudos” stamp sets as well as the “Seasonal Tree Dies” and “Large Leaf Dies” to create my layout:

The tree and leaves are all die-cut from Pebbles Inc. papers – one of my favorite older collections, “Front Porch.”

I can’t believe I forgot to share this layout on my blog!  Sheesh – what was I thinking?  I had so much fun using my new stamps and dies from Paper Smooches to document these pictures of Seth from oh so many years ago…

Aren’t toddler feet the cutest?!?

I’m not a fancy schmancy stamper – but I can color…I used chalk to color this cute deer.

The tag die is awesome – so versatile and I know I’ll be using it a ton.  And those feathers – ahh, love them – especially with the backgrounds stamped on the paper before I cut them out.

paper smooches february blog hop…

Hi friends!  I have been waiting to share some really exciting news – I’ve recently been asked to join the Paper Smooches Design Team!  I’m so happy to be working with Kim and all of the other awesome designers.  I’ve been a fan of Kim’s designs for a long, long time – she is so talented and creates some of the CUTEST things I’ve ever seen…and you all know how much I love CUTE!!! :)  yay!!  I’ve been recruited specifically to create scrapbook layouts with the fun Paper Smooches stamps and dies – so you’ll be seeing lots of them in the future!  For my very first official project as a design team member, I get to join the February Blog Hop!!

And now that you have all of the blog hop info., here’s my first official Paper Smooches Layout!  I used two of the new stamp sets – Seeing Stars and Flirty Frames – along with one of the brand new die sets – Stars. 

And here are a few details:

In addition to the brand new products, you’ll also spot a few of the “older” products on my layout – Party Posse Stamps and Alphawhimsy Dies.

And of course, there’s a bit of machine stitching – I rarely finish a layout without adding some!

I used papers from the “Seen & Noted” collection from Pebbles, Inc.  One of my all-time faves!
