Since Mother's Day is just around the corner (not really...but sort of), I thought I should probably scrapbook last year's photos. So last night I sat down with a few photos I've had sitting here for quite a while and pulled out my brand new packet of beautiful "I Do" papers from American Crafts. And here's my layout:
And since I ended up with several scraps of patterned paper, I decided to go ahead and use them up.
It was a pretty productive night, wouldn't you say?
patterned paper (small print and large print)
lullaby thickers (in charcoal) - i love these.
white textured cardstock
3" organza flower (isn't it gorgeous?? It took me forever to find these online and I finally found them on amazon (why have I never thought to look on amazon for scrapbooking supplies before??? i think I'll be buying more colors very soon! I especially love this crisp white flower.)
trim (cream lace)
border punch (this one and this one)
my favorite journaling pen (I usually use the 03 tip)
5/8" ivory grosgrain ribbon (I bought mine at Robert's, but I think this is the same ribbon on Amazon)
so cute wendy! love that large flower ... it's gorgeous! and the little pins are so cute. is it sad that i don't have any photos from mother's day, from the last few years? lol!
