I am so far behind on blogging - I have so much to share/record, and I'll be catching up soon - but this simply can't wait another moment!
A few months ago, I was approached by a very talented gal by the name of Nichole. Nichole Heady. You've heard of her, right? She is an amazing paper crafter who took her talents and abilities to the next level a while back and started her very own company - Papertrey Ink. She is so talented and I've been a fan of hers since I first saw her beautiful creations in Paper Crafts Magazine way back when. If you haven't been to her site, you must go there now and check out her amazing creations, her talented design team, their amazing projects, and everything her site has to offer! (but be sure to come right back, okay?)
I was thrilled when Nichole asked me to be one of her "Distinguished Guest Designers." Of course I said YES! I'm joining the Papertrey Ink gals throughout June and July - and I can't wait to show you what I've been working on. BUT you're going to have to wait a few days. I know - you are heartbroken. To ease your pain a bit - I have a fun surprise...

I love so much of their stuff. I love Ripe Avocado more than I ever thought I would love a green....I'm a pink girl. That color got me hooked. And here I am!

Congrats Wendy Sue! I am so glad to see you on the DT for PTI! I can't wait to see what you have to share with all of us. As for my favorite PTI product...that's a tough call, as you said, everything on the site is amazing. I would have to say the stamp sets are my favorite thing. I love the classic images and the beautiful designs. I love the crisp, sharp impression I get with the stamps. My cards always look so pretty and professional. Of course it helps to use PTI ink, paper, ribbon etc...LOL! See...I can't just choose one thing!

ReplyDeleteI love all sorts of things, stamps with beautiful sayings, glitter papers, my scallop punch, my computer, ribbon and more ribbon. I love looking at my albums and seeing how I have evolved and grown, as a person and as a scrapbooker.

Wow! Those are just beautiful! I'm going to share what makes me happy - today my "baby" had her 1st ballet recital pictures taken. She looked adorable in her tutu and bun. And the makeup made her look way too old for my 3 year old baby girl!

Congratulations on the Guest Designer position. This is the first time I've visited your blog but it won't be the last. We have at least one commonality. The Star Print set. For the past month, the first thing I do when I get up is make at least one card using this set to send to a group of soldiers in Afghanistan. It brightens each day.. and they are almost ready to ship.

ReplyDeleteWow. This is so exciteing. I absolutely love your pics. There is soooo much that I love from Papertrey. I think my all time fave stampset is My Punny Valentine. As for colors, I just love them all, I can't choose just one or some.

To answer one of your questions, my favorite color scheme together is blue, green and white. Not very original, but it reminds me so much of nature!

However, I can tell you that what I love most about PTI is the incredible versatility of the stamps -- combine that with the incredible talent and endless imagination of the design team, and my mind boggles at the sheer number of possible projects one can create with PTI goodies!
