Yeah, I know, he looks a little....plastic. He was. But guess where we saw him?
Yep, at The Festival of Trees! I finally went! It was amazing - I can't believe I've never gone before. Hundreds of gorgeous trees. Amazing. I took tons of pictures -
I just couldn't stop. One thing I noticed as I looked back through the pictures - My favorites were the traditional trees...reds, greens, browns, etc. Meagan loved the white trees with BRIGHT decorations. The little boys were on the lookout for the Grinch - and we spotted him a LOT! I hope we can make this a family tradition - so much fun and such a great cause.
And if that wasn't enough to get me in the holiday mood...this pushed me right over the edge...our very first Christmas card of the season - woohoo! Our sweet neighbor Katie put together CD's with holiday music - love, love, love it!
And isn't their card super cute? And this is the back-side...you should see the cute little guys on the other side! (thanks Katie!)
One more quick thing before I go to sleep - I wanted to share this little holiday project.
I bought the CD cases at Emma's Paperie (okay, I can't find them on there now...but I am pretty sure that's where they came from), and almost everything I used to embellish the case is from the Making Memories FaLaLa collection.
the festival of trees looks so pretty .. we're going to have to check it out this weekend! and i just love that little gift card holder ... such a cute idea!
