I believe words are pretty powerful...I believe they can change an attitude, a day, even a life. If you've ever visited my home, you'd know this to be true.  I have words everywhere. Single words, quotes, song lyrics, lots and lots of words.  And if I can make the words pretty...well, that's a win all-around!

Do you have lots of handmade cards just sitting in a box or basket, waiting for the right occasion to give away?  I sure did...and every time I needed a card, it took a while to dig through the stack to find the right one.  Not anymore!  And it took less than an hour to put this project together! This is my new card station:

It was really easy to put together.  I started with this empty wooden box:

And I used with this awesome recipe card/file die to cut several papers from the DIY Home collection.

I printed off some small labels to separate the themes of my cards, trimmed them, and glued them right onto the patterned dividers.

I know the Winter holidays are long over...but I wanted to share this little project I created for the Pebbles, Inc. blog for New Years!  Of course, by switching up the papers, it could easily be a little party set for ANY occasion!  Add some red, white, and blue, and you've got the makings of a fun 4th of July party! 

 The pillow boxes are quick and easy to put together with the help of this handy-dandy pillow box punch board!

I feel like we're on a little walk down memory lane together!  This is a fun little project I created using the "Winter Wonderland" collection by Pebbles, Inc.!

These cute little berry baskets are my new favorite for sharing food treats and gifts with friends!

a quick "favorite recipe" gift project | pebbles inc.

If you've known me for any amount of time that's included autumn...then you probably know I love (love, love, love x100) pumpkin chocolate chip cookies.  So, last fall, when I was assigned to create a project using the "Harvest" collection by Pebbles, Inc., it was a no-brainer that my project had to include my favorite recipe!

And of course, I had to bake up a batch of cookies for the photo shoot! ;)  Good thing I had some special people to share them with.

Gift Box Trio | Pebbles Inc.

I love making my own gift boxes from beautiful papers and supplies I have on-hand!  Here's a peek at a little gift box trio I created using the "DIY Home" collection by Pebbles, Inc.!

This project was quick and easy thanks to the Gift Box Punch Board from We R Memory Keepers!

It will be so fun to fill up these boxes to give to someone special! And they will never know how quick and easy the boxes were to create!

"Happy Day" Card Set | Pebbles, Inc.

Do you like having a stash of fun cards on-hand?  I sure do!  I love being able to pull one out any old time so I can write in one to share with a friend!  The "Happy Day" collection is one of my all-time favorites from Pebbles, so I decided to pull it out and add some cards to my stash.  

When I'm making cards in bulk, I like to use the same basic design and then just vary the papers and embellishments.

A set of cards like this, wrapped together and tied with jute, would make a lovely gift as well - I'm thinking teachers might especially appreciate a cute little stack of notecards!

Easy Summer Hostess Gift | Pebbles, Inc.

It's almost summer, and you know what that means...it's picnic & barbecue season!  If you're like me, you like to take a little something extra along with you to enjoy a fun meal with family or friends.  I created a little bbq hostess gift a while back, and I'd love to share it with you! 

You can never have enough mustard and ketchup for summer meals, right?!?

It was really easy to put together with the "Summer Days" collection from Pebbles, Inc. and my trusty Silhouette die-cut machine!

I also had to dress up the bottles a bit, so I wrapped each one with patterned paper and then used some of the printed die-cut shapes from the Chips to decorate them just a bit more!

Shaped Summer Cards | Pebbles, Inc.

Hi there! I'm back again today, sharing a fun set of summer cards I created with the "Fun in the Sun" collection from Pebbles, Inc.!  Sometimes certain embellishments in a collection inspire something completely unexpected - that's what happened with the embellishments in this collection - namely the food/drink images!  I opened up the Silhouette Design Store and started hunting for shapes that coordinated with the chips, stickers, and other elements.  Here's what I came up with!

A Quick and Easy Summer Gift | Pebbles, Inc.

Hi friends! With summer just around the corner, I wanted to pop in here today to share a fun little summer project I whipped up a while ago.

There really isn't anything more refreshing in the summertime than a tall glass of ice cold lemonade. Unless, of course, it's a cold bottle of sparkling lemonade - one of my favorite drinks ever! I love sharing my favorite treats with my friends and neighbors - but it's always even more fun to share a treat that's wrapped up to make it even more special! My project today is sharing a super quick and easy way to wrap up a fun and refreshing drink to share with a friend!
