Echo Park Design Team: June blog hop…

Welcome to the Echo Park Paper Design Team Blog Hop!

Family-Man-Blog-Graphic

Today the Echo Park Paper Design Team is showcasing projects from our latest collections. I chose to share this layout using the Family Man kit:

ep_familyman_layout_wendysue

I had this photo of Brad and Seth from 2006, just waiting to be scrapbooked.

ep_familyman_layout_detail2_wendysue

It’s so true – Brad is such a good Dad.  I had a friend comment recently that she’d seen Brad jumping on the trampoline with the kids and she thought he must be such a fun dad.  He is truly a great dad … & way more fun than me!!!

ep_familyman_layout_detail1_wendysue

I thought the mix of ties and tools were a fun little addition to the corner! :o)

Be sure to follow the blog hop list below as you hop from one blog to the next. Return to the Echo Park Paper blog at any time for the next blogger on the list in case you get lost or confused! ONE winner will be selected from each blog to receive an Echo Park Paper collection kit of their choosing. 5. My amazing husband is also a WONDERFUL Daddy! I love watching him with our girls, he has taught the oldest to fish and at six she now catches more than Daddy when they go fishing, LOL! Next he's going to teach the 3 year old too!

  6. My dad is a great grandpa. We visited him for a few days and my kids had a blast! He is quite the gardener, baseball player, golfer, fisherman and hunter. My kids (and I actually) always learn great things when spending time with him!

  7. My husband is an amazing dad! I love watching him play with the kids, he lights up their eyes when he comes home from work! I love your layout, it's beautiful!

  8. My dad is an awesome dad. He had two girls but chose to make us well rounded individuals. We were never told we couldn't do something because we were girls. He took us fishing, we helped work on cars, and we went to car shows, etc. Now he's a gramps to my nephew and it's so fun to see him be a grandparent. smiles all around. I wish Echo Park had made this a Regular collection but it's still great as a mini theme. love it!

  9. My dad knows that he missed out on a lot of stuff when my siblings and I were younger due to having to work and support the family. He has made it a point not to let that happen with his grandkids and enjoys babysitting to get to spend time with them. I love the masculine layout you did. I struggle with masculine themed projects....I guess I just don't have the right papers! TFS!

Every weekend he goes out and buys her groceries, mows her lawn, does her dishes, cooks for her, and anything else she needs. He drives out to her house ( she lives in a different community than us), and puts out her garbage for collection. She has other sons who live much closer, and do much less. I am VERY proud of him!
