hello!!! We are finally moved and somewhat settled in our new home. I’ll have to share some photos and fun stories about our first week in our new home, but not quite yet. We still have plenty of unpacking and organizing to do, but at least the internet is hooked up and my computer is set up…that’s all I needed for today’s fun post!
My very first piece of mail at our new address came in the form of a package from Creating Keepsakes! (yay!)
I was excited to open up the package to find this inside:
The Best of Digital Scrapbooking!
Now I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve done nothing beyond the very casual “dabble” into digital scrapbooking…but I want to learn how to do it. And I’m thinking this just might be the book to really get me going. It’s full of great digital scrapbooking tips, ideas, tutorials, and more. Not only that, but it includes tips on photography and organization too!
Here’s a peek at some of the great projects you’ll see inside:
Even if you’re a traditional paper scrapbooker, you’ll find loads of ideas and inspiration in this book!
Want to see more? Check out the sneak peek below:
Those are some pretty fun peeks, right? Want to see even more? I have two ways to help you out:
1. Purchase a copy here at the Scrap & Paper Shop and use this coupon code: DS25DT (free shipping on orders of $25 or more)
2. Leave a comment here on my blog for a chance to win a copy of your own (courtesy of the nice – and generous - folks at Creating Keepsakes)! Just tell me one thing that has happened to you since the beginning of the year that has made you smile! :o)
(please remember to leave your e-mail address so I can contact you if you’re the winner)
I’ll choose a random winner on Monday morning! :o)
I would love to win this magazine. I am fairly new to digital scrapping and could use all the help I can get. thanks for the giveaway.

Thank you for the opportunity to win! My kids make me laugh every day. Here's something that made me smile just thinking about it. A conversation between my kids the other day:
ReplyDeleteAmanda (4): "I'm going to marry that guy." Points to TV.
Emma (8): "Gross! He's a grown-up!"
Jack (8): "GROSS!"
Alayna (8): "He's wearing a funny hat, I wouldn't marry him."
Me: Laughing hysterically
I need anything that can help me get organized and inspired to do more scrapbooking!
ReplyDeleteOne thing that made me smile (other than my h.s. buddy moving in across the street;) was Zane (7) telling Cache (4) that he was "B-noying!" A-noying, B-noying, same difference, right?
Aubrey Pettinger

ReplyDeleteSo far this year, I've smiled BUNCHES! But the best smile came from my husband. After a fight--he came home from work with FLOWERS! And he knows I hate flowers (since they die)....but I was so so happy! It made my week:}

I have smiled over my silly 2 year old son many, many times!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win that magazine. I am just starting to try some digital things.
I would love to win this!! Let's see... something that's made me smile? Just one?
ReplyDeleteThat would be my 4-yr-old walking around our living room in hokey winter boots and her Tinker Bell costume last night while I made dinner.
I want to learn to digital scrap and would love this! A recent thing that made me smile was to hear my daughter arrive home and call out "Hi Mom! Dinner smells REALLY good!"
ReplyDeleteI want to learn too. This looks like a great magazine. I smiled when my 15 year old daughter snuggled with me on the couch the other night. This hardly ever happens anymore!
ReplyDeleteI smile when I watch my daughter play ringette and she is having fun!
ReplyDeleteI need help in the digital department and this mag looks good!
My oldest son decided this year that he wanted to go to the gym every other day. Well, since he is 12, that means he can't go alone and he has a younger brother I have to think about, too. What has ended up happening is more family outings to the gym and more time in the pool...one thing both boys LOVE! Seeing them happy makes me smile!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI had the biggest smile when my neighbor went out with us yesterday. She has some health issues, and has been avoiding going out because she feels weak and off balance. I got her one of the walkers with the seat, and she went out with us yesterday when she had not planned to, and she had a great time:)
