lots of hugs valentine treat bag…

Good Monday morning!  Let’s start the week off the best way – with CHOCOLATE!! :)  If you’re looking for another quick and easy (and super cute) Valentine’s Day gift – how about this sweet little treat bag?!?

I used paper and stickers from Pebbles, Inc. to create the fun little tag (links to the products below)…

And I used some awesome stamps and dies from Technique Tuesday (links below)…

The super cute Chevron bag is by Whisker Graphics…

And the chocolate hugs – from Hershey’s of course! ;)

Hope you have a wonderful week!

let it snow layout…

I am no longer on the design team for Echo Park paper, but I am still a huge fan so you’ll continue to see projects featuring their awesome products.  In the meantime, I have lots of design team projects I haven’t shared here yet…so I’ll be sharing them sporadically here on my blog.  Up today, a fun winter line called Keepin’ Cozy!

Echo Park - Keepin Cozy Collection - 12 x 12 Collection Kit

I sure love this fun line – love the red, white, and blue for winter photos!wendysueanderson_keepincozy_layout2

Here’s an up close & personal look at some of the details:

And the journaling…wendysueanderson_keepincozy_layout_detail1

Yeah, I’m kind of a party pooper…I’ll stay home where it’s warm and cozy while the rest of the family goes out in the cold and snow and ice.  In fact, I dislike it so much that I’d actually prefer to stay home and scrub toilets than go tubing again…it just is not for me!  Now snowmobiling on the other hand – that’s one winter sport I’m up for…as long as I’m on a nice groomed trail, lol. ;)

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the Echo Park folks asked me to create a sketch for my layout – this is the hand-drawn sketch I submitted before they made it all pretty to share on their blog (here)!

freezing for a photo | bella blvd…

I feel like I have so many projects to share with you!  Earlier this month I shared a layout on the Bella Blvd. blog that was based on an inspiration piece assigned to me.  This is the inspiration piece:

And this is the layout I created:

Not only was I inspired by the color scheme, I also found inspiration in the actual photo – the large mirror and plates especially!

You can read more about my layout and see some great projects by my fellow design team members by clicking here!

Did you notice how I mixed lots of different Bella Blvd. collections to coordinate with the color scheme in the inspiration photo?  Here’s a peek at some of the supplies I used (click on the images to see details or to purchase!)

My most recent project over on the Northridge blog was this New Year’s Eve/Project Life layout:

You can read more about it and see the step-by-step photos for creating that fun confetti pocket up there in the corner – just click on over to the Northridge blog (HERE)!

Most of the products I used for this fun page are from the Timbergrove Collection by Fancy Pants Designs

valentine treats | doodlebug design…

Good Morning!  I have another fun Valentine’s Day project to share with you today!  This is a project I’m sharing today over on the Doodlebug Blog!  Chocolate is always a great treat to share...but when it's packaged up cute like this, it's so much more than a treat - it's a gift from the heart!

I used lots of different pieces from Doodlebug’s new “Sweetheart” collection (you can see it all HERE).

I started with these awesome little polka dot kraft bags from the Sweetheart collection, along with some patterned papers and doodle-pops to wrap up some little bags of yummy m&m’s…

These treat bags are fun and unique – and easy enough for the kids to help with…they would make great classroom and/or teacher gifts for Valentine’s Day! :)

Thanks for stopping by today – be sure to check out the Doodlebug Blog for lots more “Sweetheart” inspiration! :)
