a card, a tutorial, and a free issue of CARDS too…

Last week I shared a little tutorial for creating sunburst backgrounds from patterned paper scraps over on the Create: blog.  I had just finished creating a couple of layouts and had a bunch of these pretty scraps on my table – I couldn’t bear to throw them away, so I used some of them to create this sunburst card.
