If you frequent the Making Memories website, you probably saw these frames last month on their home page:
I created these fun frames using the new Paper Reverie line. I’ll be completely truthful and admit that at first glance, I wasn’t in love with this line. As you probably know, my tastes lean toward more “cute” and “simple” patterns. HOWEVER, once I actually sat down and started working with these gorgeous papers, I quickly became a convert! The colors are lovely, there are many patterns, that, when used separately, are actually quite simple and definitely work with my “style.”
There are four different color sets: metallique, brun, sienne, and noir. They are gorgeous individually, but they also work beautifully together if you want to mix & match. Not only are the papers gorgeous, but there are amazing embellishments to coordinate with each color line – baubles, ephemera stickers, ribbon & trim, gems & brads, fabric flowers, gems & glitter tape, cardstock stickers, journaling books, shimmer alphabet stickers, and even butterflies!

I used a little bit of everything to embellish these inexpensive wooden frames. I was pleased with how they turned out. Here are more photos of the frames – so you can see the details…
The colors are gorgeous any time…but especially beautiful for autumn, don’t you think?
