I had so much fun making this cute little Halloween treat bag for the Cosmo Cricket blog…
Our challenge, for Design Team Saturday, was to use Cosmo Cricket’s “ready-set-chip” chipboard products on a project. Well, it’s all so darn cute – it wasn’t really a ‘challenge’ at all – it was fun and easy! :o)
I chose to use the Matilda Chipboard pieces and the Wackadoo letters.
For the base of my bag, I cut the mummy paper from the Matilda Mini-deck in half – I added google eyes and black trim to the top and bottom of each piece.
Of course, I used lots and lots of foam tabs to add dimension – behind the mummy and behind the candy corn pieces.
I rubbed ink onto the “yummy” letters to make them a little less “white” and match the other items a bit more closely. Also, I used these cute tiny type sticker letters to complete the saying.
Check out the Cosmo Cricket blog to see what my fellow design team members created with ready-set-chip…there are so many great ideas!! :o)
